The Part A Website Can’t Do

A good website gets someone to pick up the phone. What happens after that — the booking, the quote, the promise you made, the follow-up nobody sent — usually runs on a notebook and your own memory.

That is what we build instead: one system, shaped around the one thing your business keeps losing money on. Not a template. Not another login you’ll never use.

This is also how we run our own shop — the same kind of system is why one team here covers websites, branding, community and marketing at once.

So Is This Instead Of A Website?

No. They are two separate things you can buy, and they fix different problems. Plenty of clients have one without the other.

Everything we build is a system in some sense — so to be exact about what this page is selling: One custom application that solves one named problem in how your business runs — a booking flow, a client record, a follow-up engine. Not a website. Not a platform full of modules you will never open. Both tracks and every price sit together on one pricing page →

The Software You’ve Been Sold

Every all-in-one platform is built for a thousand businesses at once, which means it isn't built for yours. You pay for modules you'll never open, you learn someone else's idea of how your day works, and the one thing you actually needed isn't in there.

What you get sold

  • A monthly fee that climbs with every seat
  • Onboarding that takes weeks
  • Screens full of buttons you don't use
  • “That isn't supported on your plan”

What we build instead

  • One system, shaped to how you already work
  • No extra buttons
  • A new field or rule is a conversation, not a ticket
  • Your brand, your language, your process

House rules for the machine

Automation only works if someone is accountable for what it does. Ours:

  1. Nothing goes out with your name on it that a person hasn’t read.
  2. Automation gets graded against real records from your business before it ships.
  3. We build it for ourselves first. Every system we sell ran against our own business before it was offered to anyone.
  4. It flags; you decide. We don’t hand your business to software and walk away.

Where Every Business Loses Money

The trade changes. The leaks don't. Almost every business we talk to is losing money in at least two of these four places. A website fixes the first one; a system fixes the rest.

Getting found · a website's job

The enquiry that never reaches you

Someone decides to call you and then something gets in the way — a form nobody reads, a page that won't load on a phone, a number they have to hunt for.

  • Fast, readable pages on the phone they're actually holding
  • One obvious next step on every page
  • Enquiries that land somewhere you'll see them, not just an inbox
  • Found for what you actually do, in the place you actually work
Booking

The back-and-forth to book anything

Three calls, two voicemails and a text thread to agree on a time. It costs you the slot and it costs the customer the patience.

  • Bookings that land on your calendar without a phone call
  • Your real hours, your real capacity, your real rules
  • Confirmation and reminders sent without you touching it
  • Deposits taken up front where that makes sense
Remembering

Everything living in your head

What you quoted, what you promised, who's overdue, what happened last time. It works right up until the day it doesn't.

  • A customer record with the whole history attached
  • Your jobs, quotes and orders in one place, not five
  • Notes and files where the next person can find them
  • Nothing that only works because you remembered it
Coming back

The customer who quietly stops

The most expensive customer is the one you already paid to win and never heard from again. Most businesses find out months later, if at all.

  • Follow-up that goes out when it's actually due
  • A list of who's gone quiet, and a way to reach them
  • Reviews and referrals asked for at the right moment
  • Numbers you can look at without building a spreadsheet

Yours might be somewhere else entirely — the shape of the problem is what matters, not the industry on the sign. If we can see it clearly, we'll take it. If we can't, we'll say so.

Four We Can Build Today

“One custom application that solves one named problem” is hard to picture until you see one. These are four we have specced end to end. None of them is a new price — each is one of the two sizes above.

Full System · from $3,500

Prospect Signal Engine

You know who you want to sell to, and no way to tell which of them needs you today.

Takes a list of businesses, checks each one for a visible sign it is losing money in your area — no cadence, no booking, nothing published since spring — scores them, and hands back the ones worth a call, in order.

  • Built for us first, against our own lead table, before it was ever offered to anyone.
Full System · from $3,500

Lifecycle Engine

A list you spent years collecting, and nothing goes out to it.

The messages that should already be sending: the cart nobody came back to, the customer who quietly stopped, the follow-up after a job is done. On your stack, with consent and opt-outs handled as part of the build.

  • Consent capture is built first, not bolted on. Nothing sends until it is in place and your postal address is on the footer.
One Workflow · from $1,500

Voice Engine

You know what you want to say and never have the hour to write it.

Learns how you actually write from what you have already written, then drafts in that voice. You edit and send. It does not post for you.

  • Every draft passes a tells-and-claims check before it reaches you. It is a first draft with your fingerprints, not a content firehose.
Full System · from $3,500

Bid Monitor

Contracts you could win are posted every week, and you hear about them after they close.

Watches the portals that matter to you for the codes you actually bid, scores each posting against the work you have already done, and hands you the ones worth the effort with the deadline attached.

  • It flags; you decide. It does not submit anything on your behalf, and it does not tell you whether you qualify.
These are things we can build, not things we have sold. Every one is specced, priced against a size above, and nobody has bought one yet. If your problem is not on this list that is not a no — these are examples of the shape, not the menu.

How It Works

Five steps. The first one is free and you keep what we find.

  1. We sit with how you actually work

A call and some questions. Where does the day jam up, what gets written on paper, what gets forgotten. We're looking for the one problem that costs you the most.
  2. We scope one thing

Not a platform. One system, small enough to build properly and specific enough to be worth having. You see the price before anything starts.
  3. We build it

Wearing your brand, using your words for things.
  4. We prove it on your own records

Before anything goes live we build a test bank with you — 20 to 30 real records out of your own business, each with the answer it should produce. Every change we make afterwards gets graded against it, so "we improved something" is a thing you can check rather than a thing you have to take on faith. On a Full System build. A One Workflow build is a single workflow, small enough to check by hand — we don't charge you to build a test bank for it.
  5. We put it in your hands, then keep it running

We sit with you the first time you use it for real. After that it's the monthly: hosting, support, and the fact that when the business changes, the software changes with it. A new field is a text message, not a support ticket — and it gets graded against that test bank before it reaches you.
Straight about how we work: we build these one at a time, by hand, for a small number of clients. That's the point — it's why the fit is close.

What It Costs

A one-time build, then a monthly to keep it alive and evolving. No per-seat pricing. No usage tiers.

Bundling with a website: Already have a site we built? On Grow or Own, care for it is included. On Run, add any Care plan at half price.
Cancelling, and who owns what: Every monthly plan cancels with 30 days' notice, and any of them can be prepaid annually for two months free. The difference worth knowing: a website is yours to keep — you own the code on final payment. A System is licensed while you are on a plan, so cancelling stops the software. You can buy it outright at any time for the build fee plus 12× your monthly, and your data is exported to you on request either way. On a Full System build that buyout works out at $7,088 on Run, $13,088 on Grow, or $21,488 on Own.
On text messaging: reminders go out by email from day one. Text messaging needs carrier registration in your business's name before the first message can send — we handle the paperwork, but it takes time to clear, so we don't promise it on day one.
Need the front of the house too — the site, the brand, the marketing that fills the calendar? That’s the other four pillars →, same team.
