What's the difference between the tiers?
Starter ($500) is a single, custom-coded landing page — brand-aligned, mobile-first, with a working contact form. Perfect for a service business, a launch announcement, or a campaign-specific page. Ships in about a week.
Growth ($2,500) is a full 5–7 page website with booking, Google Business Profile setup, foundational SEO, and a brand system (logo + typography + colors). 30 days of post-launch support included.
Custom adds the rest of the suite: full brand book + collateral, member portal / loyalty / partnerships, paid ads, email + SMS, social, and ongoing retainer with SLA. Scoped on a call.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Starter and Growth deposits credit forward if you upgrade tiers within 90 days of delivery. We expect most clients to start with one package and add pillars over time — that's the whole point of having everything under one roof.
How does the deposit work?
Starter: $250 to lock your slot, $250 balance on delivery.
Growth: $1,000 to start, $1,500 balance at launch.
Custom: deposit set after scoping call, before discovery starts.
Deposits are refundable for 7 days if we haven't started work, then go non-refundable as your project enters production.
Are there hidden fees?
No. The package price is the price. Hosting, domain, and ongoing maintenance are quoted separately and only if you want us to manage them — you can host elsewhere with no penalty. Paid-ad budgets (Custom tier) are passed through at cost; we charge management on top, disclosed upfront.
How long does each take?
Starter: ~7 days from deposit to delivery
Growth: 3–4 weeks from deposit to launch
Custom: Scoped on the discovery call; typical engagements run 8–16 weeks for the build, then ongoing retainer.
