We ran it across 216 businesses in one trade to see what a normal site looks like. This is what it found.
Not one site in 216 scored Elite. The best in the trade managed 81.9. Half the field sat under the average, and the most common failure wasn't design — it was an enquiry with nowhere to land: a form nobody reads, a number you have to hunt for, a page that gives up on a phone.
